Due to the nature of digital products including e-books and downloadable resources, refunds are not provided once access or download has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Physical book orders may be eligible for a refund or exchange if the item arrives damaged or defective. Refund or exchange requests for physical products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing admin@4dfs.net with your order information and a description of the issue.
Website building and design services are governed by the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable. Refund eligibility for subsequent milestone payments will be determined by the terms of your specific agreement.
The following consulting services are offered through 4D Financial Solutions LLC: Purpose and Wealth, Financial Strategy Session, Business Process and SOP Set-Up, and Financial Systems Setup. All consulting engagements are governed by the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Payments made for completed sessions or deliverables are non-refundable. If a session needs to be rescheduled please provide at least 48 hours notice by contacting admin@4dfs.net.
Refund and cancellation terms for the S.H.I.F.T. Daily app membership are governed by the S.H.I.F.T. Daily Refund Policy available at 4dfs.net/shift-refund.html.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 4D Financial Solutions LLC. Any exception made in one instance does not create an obligation to provide a refund in any future instance.
