Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including programs, downloads, templates, workshops, and online content, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.
Consulting Services
Consulting sessions and services are non-refundable once purchased and scheduled. This includes, but is not limited to, the following services: Financial Strategy Session, Business Process & SOP Setup, Audit / Financial Cleanup, and Financial Systems Setup.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled consulting session, you may request to reschedule with reasonable advance notice. Rescheduling is offered at the sole discretion of 4D Financial Solutions LLC.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 4D Financial Solutions LLC. Any exception made in one instance does not create an obligation to provide a refund in any future instance.
